REESE WINS AGAIN!!! Thank you for your vote on July 15th! I am extremely appreciative of your support and look forward to serving our district for two more years. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact me. State Representative Bobby Reese has proven to be a soft-spoken, strong leader focused on principled results during his time in the Georgia General Assembly. Born in Pennsylvania, Bobby Reese picked up a quiet, unassuming style during his childhood in rural Alabama, where he moved with his family early in his life. After graduation from high school, Bobby attended a local junior college in Alabama and then joined the Army. While in the Army, Bobby received a degree in criminal justice and electronic technology. In the summer of 1977, Bobby married his wife Marge. In 1980, Bobby was hired by Scientific Atlanta in Norcross and moved with his young family to Gwinnett County where he has lived ever since. The Reese’s have two grown daughters, Brandy and Danica. They are also the proud grandparents of four young grandchildren, including one whom they are helping raise. On a given weekend, Bobby may be at the ball fields coaching baseball or football, fishing, or throwing a ball with any of his four grandchildren-all the joys of being a parent and grandparent. The Reese’s are active members of “The Family Church”, First Baptist of Sugar Hill. Bobby is self-employed as a real estate broker for Bobby Reese Realty, Inc. and Marge is a kindergarten paraprofessional at Riverside Elementary School in Suwanee.
The substance and passion of Bobby’s life took root in 1997 when Bobby went on a mission trip to Uganda, Africa. The experience led Bobby to feel that God was calling him to serve in ways beyond the typical ways he had served in the past.
Representative Reese was first elected in 1998. To this day, family values provide the substance and the principles behind the man who casts his vote for State House District 98 families in Buford, Sugar Hill, and Suwanee. As one might guess, Bobby is pro-life and is the only candidate endorsed by Georgia Right to Life in the 98th District House race this year.
During his free time, Reese enjoys fishing, watching a good sci-fi movie, or reading “The Chronicles of Narnia” by his favorite author C.S. Lewis to his grandson Chase.
